Suitability Verification
Suitability is often required if the offering is going through a broker dealer. North Capital developed a survey and API method to collect this information from investors. This API method does not perform a calculation but collects the necessary information for a North Capital representative to determine whether an investment is suitable. This is an optional method and should be used with approval from the managing broker-dealer on the offering, if applicable.
