Account ID

The majority of account actions occur by selecting a specific account ID. From here, view and edit account information, link parties to the account, view/edit/reprocess payments, and view trades associated with the account.

Account ID

Dashboard > Accounts > Account ID hyperlink

Individual account IDs are hyperlinked in blue. When selected, many account specific options become available. Details are below.

Please Note: KYC and AML status on the account level is only used if an overall KYC/AML status is desired to represent the statuses of all parties linked to the account. Performing a KYC/AML verification via performKycAml API method will show only on the Party.

Associated Parties Tab

Associated parties are those who are linked to each specific account. When there are multiple parties linked to one account, it is required to designate a primary party. The primary party is the party responsible for signing subscription documents. The Party ID and Remove hyperlink buttons allow for quick navigation and action related to the associated parties.

Add Associated Parties

To associate a party with an account, enter the Party ID and select Yes or No as to whether the party is the primary account.

Request AI Verification

Dashboard > Accounts > Account ID hyperlink > Accreditation Verification tab > Request AI Verification

While most AI Verifications occur through the investment portal, there may be times when a manual request must be made. To trigger this action, navigate to the Accreditation Verification tab from the Account ID and select Request AI Verification. This will trigger the NC team to review uploaded documents and create a verification letter upon approval.

Add Document

Dashboard > Accounts > Account ID hyperlink > Accreditation Verification tab > Add Document

Documentation to prove AI status can be uploaded and will be listed under Investor Documents. If the investor’s accreditation status is successfully verified, the Accredited Investor verification letter will be uploaded to the Verification Letter section at the bottom of the page.
