Qualifying Investors Overview

There are several different types of qualification that an investor in your platform may require, such as KYC, AML, Suitability, or Accredited Investor verification. These are optional functions and can all be processed via API. What determines the requirements around these qualifications is typically driven by the offering exemption being utilized.

Please note that KYC, AML, Suitability, Accredited Investor, and Entity API methods can be utilized in any order or at any time when required.
